Default I'm not getting to sleep

So I invited some friends over to watch scary movies....
We watched The Descent and The Reaping.

The Reaping was good, I wasn't really scared from that.

The Descent REALLY got to me. The first time you see the thingy... through the night-vision goggles... holy crap... Just typing it is scaring me... I keep looking over at my closet
Ugghhh

LOLz, the Decent was pretty spooky. The creatures freaked me out before that scene as well, but not really after as much.

The Grudge, The Amityville Horror, The Ring....now those creep me out.

Oh, there is a new japanese horror spinoff coming out, One Missed Call I believe. That movie is going to make me piss myself.

Anyways...Scary movies dont get me..gorey ones like Hostel Part II get me

Scary movies are alright. The only ones that I find scary are the ones with haunted houses and paranormal activities and such, not retarded zombies.

I remember the first time I saw the ring...right after the movie ended, I had a major nose bleed and I actually had to go to the hospital. Man was I ever freaked out!

I liked The Ring - but the Asian versions were much better. Ringu is like 4-5 DvDs.

Asian horror < Amercian horror

Amnityville Horror was good too.... "catchemandkillem...." hahahaha..

As for haunted house - never went to one till I was at Astroworld like 2 years ago with some friends and thought we'd check it out. I never laughed so hard in my life. Sorry but those people are just really retarded looking. Our group had like 10 of them following us because we were laughing thinking they could scare us, but we just started laughing more and more. They also randomly had a guy taking a crap reading a paper with Tums and such beside him. He kept asking for toliet paper.

Blair Witch Story was kinda creepy the first time, sequals were an insult...
Overall I get all freaked out from something that isn't there, something that you have to imagine all the time...*shivers*

There's also this old wooden cottage in middle of a forest sitting on a hill there ~15km from my parents place, an old woman used to live there few decades ago and people spoke that everything isn't quite right with that person, many avoided that part of the forest. One day someone realized that no one has seen the old woman lately and later they found her dead in her house, she had been dead for many days already. No one knows what happened exactly.

The house is still on the hill, nowadays people go camping there to check the local legend and get all freaked out..

There's a distinct difference between scary gore and scary creepy. I don't watch either, but gore seems pointless to me. Why would you watch people cut other people up with a variety of horrid objects? Unless you're a sick freak, those movies are a waste. Scary creepy on the other hand, is a much better kind of scary. The ones that keep bugging you afterwards, the ones where you can't see what's after you, etc.

I liked the Ring. I don't watch too many horror movies cause they freak me out.

I remember watching Chucky and laughing me head off though.
And Jeepers Creepers was rubbish... and they made a sequel... now that's scary.

Rose Red gave me the shivers.
240mins mini serie on a ghosted mansion. I guess 4 hours of watching a ghost movie, and going to sleep directly after that is a little bit intensive >.>

The Descent was more frightening for the spelunking and claustrophobia, than it was the creatures and gore.. You would NEVER Get me to climb in those narrow tunnels.. I'm not even claustrophobic.

Gore is lame, it's not scary. I loves Saw and stuff, but not because they scared me.

Event Horizon: http://imdb.com/title/tt0119081/
That's one kickass movie, some really sick stuff in it and an awesome storyline as well! It's one of those movies where you get flashes of scary stuff through the screen every now and then. It's about some guys who discover another spaceship, which has a portal that leads directly into hell when the axis cross each other. I'm going to watch it again right now :P

I went go to see The Ring 2 at the movies a few years ago, it was so scary .-. Right at the end when the creepy girl is trying to get out of the well I screamed (so did half the room XD)
The Japanese's Grudge movies were so scary. I could not get to sleep at all. X_X House of Wax gave me chills..freaky movie. ;_;

I don't watch scary movies no more. xD
